The registration fee includes:
- Congress program
- Congress lunch + coffees
- Welcome reception on April 21st by AFSOP at the Palais des Congrès d'Issy les Moulineaux
Please note that costs for travel, accommodation, insurances and Gala Dinner fees are not included in the registration fees.
Payment and confirmation
Full payment of the registration fee is to be made prior to the congress in euros (EUR). When registering online, you will receive instant confirmation of successful registration to your email. Your invoice will be sent un a separate email within few minutes after completing your registration.
Payment options
Credit card payments will be dealt automatically. Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard and American Express cards are accepted.
Bank transfer payments are accepted. If you choose this option at the end of the registration process, you will automatically receive a proforma invoice by email. This will have your reference number and the bank details for payment.
Please note that participation confirmation letter will be sent when all the payments have been received.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation before January 31 2021, registration fee will be refunded with the exception of a handling fee of EUR 50.
No refunds can be made for cancellations received after February 1 2021.
Cancellation requests must be sent to Insight Outside by email to contact@esaparis2020.org.
