Abstract submission for the joint ESA/ISA conference in Paris, April 21-24th 2021 is now open.
We hope by April that it will be possible to hold a normal conference, but in view of continuing uncertainty about the COVID-19 pandemic and international travel, we are making contingency plans for a partly or fully virtual meeting. The process of abstract submission and acceptance will proceed as normal. In the event of a partially virtual conference, platform presentations given in the hall may be live-streamed to virtual attendees or presented virtually from home if the speaker is unable to attend. If we have to go fully virtual, speakers will be asked either to present from home or pre-record their talks for streaming. In the event of a partial or fully virtual conference, poster presenters will have the option of presenting an e-poster. Please be assured that you will be able to present any work that is accepted.
In view of the uncertainty regarding the format of the meeting, we are postponing the opening of registration for the present. We hope to be able to make a definite decision on the format of the conference by January at the latest.
